Sr. Level International and Public Affairs Chief with 27 years experience in the US Congress and former Chief of Staff and Official Spokesperson for the Chairman Emeritus of the House of Foreign Affairs Committee.
Serve as a senior advisor on legislation dealing with governmental and foreign affairs and able to effectively advocate, support and advance legislative initiatives relating to pertinent issues and bring them to the Hill on both the House and Senate side. In-depth understanding of the intangible qualities in economic and political infrastructures, combined with first-hand government experience at the highest levels around the globe. Art is a partner in Bio-Mac Pharma Group LLC.

Philippe is a seasoned businessman, having worked in different major real estate & investment projects. Among his professional achievements, he was a significant investor & had an active role in establishing a premium class dermatological French line of products in Mexico.
Philippe is French, and worked at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris,France. His focus is in new business development, and as such, he is a Senior Advisor and an important investor in different Bio-Mac Group initiatives, among them, establishing a solid franchise of BIOMAC CBD based product line in the US, Canada & Mexico.

 As an Executive Director, Jessie coordinates activities with key retailers. He also manages & supervises the movement, distribution, and storage of supplies and materials in the company.
He is responsible for defining & planning routes, analyzing budgets, and processing shipments.
